कतिपय प्रकारों के विनिर्दिष्ट अनुतोष से संबंधित विधि को परिभाषित एवं संशोधित करने हेतु एक अधिनियम
भारत गणराज्य के चौदहवें वर्ष में संसद द्वारा निम्नलिखित रूप में यह अधिनियमित हो :
भाग 1 : प्रारंभिक
1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार और प्रारम्भ -
(1) इस अधिनियम को विनिर्दिष्ट अनुतोष अधिनियम, 1963 कहा जा सकेगा ।
(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण भारत में होगा ।
(3) यह उस तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा जिसे केन्द्रीय सरकार शासकीय राजपत्र में अधिसूचना द्वारा नियत करे ।

An Act to define and amend the law relating to certain kinds of specific relief.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fourteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows :
PART I: PRELIMINARY
1. Short title, extent and commencement -
(1) This Act may be called the Specific Relief Act, 1963.
(2) It extends to the whole of India.
(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
