NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 16th October, 2019

G.S.R. 791(E).— In the exercise of the power conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the coinage Act, 2011 (11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to

amend the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of the 550th Prakash Utsav of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji) Rules, 2019, namely:-

1.(1) These Rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of the 550th Prakash Utsav of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji) Amendment Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of the 550th Prakash Utsav of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji) Rules, 2019 (hereafter referred as the said rules), in rules 1, 2 and 5, for the words “Prakash Utsav of Shri” wherever they occur, the words “Parkash Purab of Sri” shall be substituted

3. In the said rules, in the First Schedule, for the words “PRAKASH UTSAV OF SHRI”, the words “PARKASH PURAB OF SRI” shall be substituted.
