Deputy Director, in Gujarat Statistical Services, Class-1 Recruitment Rules - 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and in supersession of all the rules made in this behalf, the Governor of Gujarat hereby makes the following rules to provide for regulating recruitment to the post of Deputy Director in Gujarat Statistical Service, Class 1, namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Deputy Director, in Gujarat Statistical Service, Class I, Recruitment Rules, 2012.

2. In these rules unless the context otherwise requires Deputy Director means a post included in the Annexure annexed to these rules.

3. Appointment to the post of Deputy Director in Gujarat Statistical Service, Class I, shall be made either, -
