Gujarat Control of Terrorism and Organised Crime Act. 2015

AN ACT to make special provisions for prevention and control of terrorist acts and for coping with criminal activities by organised crime and for the thereto.

It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

CHAPTER 1

PRELIMINARY

1. (1) This Act may be called the Gujarat Control of Terrorism and Organised Crime Act, 2015. 

    (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Gujarat.

    (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
