Gujarat Micro, small and Medium Enterprises (Facilitation of Establishment and operation) Act, 2019

AN ACT to provide for exemption from certain approvals and inspections for establishment and operation of the micro, small and medium enterprises in the State of Gujarat and matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

It is hereby enacted in the Seventieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

1. (l) This Act may be called the Gujarat Micro, small and Medium Enterprises (Facilitation of Establishment and operation) Act, 2019.

   (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Gujarat.

   (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 24^th October, 2019.
