THE HARYANA VISHWAKARMA SKILL UNIVERSITY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2018
An Act further to amend the Haryana Vishwakarma Skill University Act, 2016
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Sixty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1. This Act may be called the Haryana Vishwakarma Skill University (Amendment) Act, 2018
2. In the long title of the Haryana Vishwakarma Skill University Act, 2016 (hereinafter called the principal Act), for the words “THE HARYANA VISHWAKARMA SKILL UNIVERSITY”, the words and sign “SHRI VISHWAKARMA SKILL UNIVERSITY, HARYANA” shall be substituted.
3. In the short title of the principal Act, for the words “the Haryana Vishwakarma Skill University”, the words and sign “Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, Haryana” shall be substituted.
4. In clause (v) of section 2 of the principal Act, for the words “the Haryana Vishwakarma Skill University”, the words and sign “Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, Haryana” shall be substituted.
5. In sub-section (1) of section 3 of the principal Act, for the words “the Haryana Vishwakarma Skill University”, the words and sign “Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, Haryana” shall be substituted.
