ORDER

New Delhi, the 8th August, 2019

S.O. 2868(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the United Nations (Security Council) Act, 1947 (43 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolution on Iraq Order, 2016, namely :-

1. Short title and commencement- (1) This Order may be called the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolution on Iraq (Amendment) Order, 2019.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette
