THE KERALA ESSENTIAL ARTICLES CONTROL (TEMPORARY POWERS) CONTINUANCE ACT, 1969

    An Act further to continue the Kerala Essential Articles Control (Temporary Powers) Act, 1961

    Preamble.-WHEREAS it is expedient to continue the Kerala Essential Articles Control (Temporary Powers) Act, 1961, for a further Period:

BE it enacted in the Nineteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Kerala Essential Articles Control (Temporary Powers) Continuance Act, 1969.

2. Amendment of section 1.- In sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Kerala Essential Articles Control (Temporary Powers) Act, 1961 (3 of 1962), for the words "seven years", the words "nine years" shall be instituted
