NOTIFICATION
No.Health.228/2012/191.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the Governor of Meghalaya is pleased to make the following Rules, with further to amend the Meghalaya Medical Attendance Rules, 1981, namely
1. Short title, commencement :- (i) These rules may be called the Meghalaya Medical Attendance (25th Amendment) Rules, 2015.
(ii) They shall come into force at once.
2. Addition of new clauses to Sub-Rule (3) of Rule 10 of the Meghalaya Medical Attendance Rules after clause (azxxiv), the new clause (azxxv) shall be added namely, Unit-I and Unit-II HCG Hospital, Bangalore.
