NOTIFICATION
No. Health.136/80/Pt/174:- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the Governor of Meghalaya is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Meghalaya Medical Attendance Rules, 1981, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement – (1) These rules may be called the Meghalaya Medical Attendance (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2000
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. Addition of new clause to sub-rule (3) of Rule 10 – In sub-rule (3) of Rule 10 of the Meghalaya Medical Attendance Rules, 1981, after Clause (ag), the following new clause (ah) shall be added, namely:-
“(ah) Madras Medical Mission, Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases, Chennai.
