Registration (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 2018

AN ACT

further to amend the Registration Act, 1908 in its application to the State of Gujarat.

It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 

(l) This Act may be called the Registration (Gujarat Amendment) Act,2018.

(2) It shall come into force on such date, as the State Government may, by notification in the Oficial Gazette, appoint.
