The Allocated Government Servants (Absorption, Seniority, Pay and Allowances) Rules, 1957

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and with due regard to the proviso to sub-section (7) of section 115 of the States Reorganisation Act,1956 and with the approval of the Government of Indin obtained there under where necessary, the Governor of Bombay is pleased to make the following rules for the fixation of pay of the Government Servants allotted to the State of Bombay under section 115 of the said Act, namely:-

1. These rules Shall be called "The Allocated Government Servants" (Absorption, Seniority, Pay and Allowances) Rules, 1957".
