The Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order (Amendment) Act, 2022

An Act further to amend the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950 for inclusion of certain community in the list of Scheduled Tribes in relation to the State of Tripura.

BE it enacted by Parliament in the Seventy-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

1. This Act may be called the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order (Amendment) Act, 2022.

2. In the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950, in the Schedule, in PART XV.— Tripura, in entry 9, after item (iii), the following item shall be inserted, namely:-
