Chief Architect to be under administrative control of Project Director PIU,PWD and changes in powers as to drawing and design and other issues.-- Salient features:

• Chief Architect shall be under administrative control of Project Director
• SOR of Building and Electrical works shall be issued by Project Director
• New name of the Office of Chief Architect cum Chief Engineer ,RDD shall be Office of Chief Architect,PWD Bhopal.
• Chief Architect. to approve Structural drawing and design  of building consisting  more than 3 storey or having  built up area more than 3000 sqm.
• DPE competent to approve Structural drawing and  Design of buildings upto 500 sqm
• Additional PD competent to approve Structural drawing and  Design of buildings beyond 500 sqm and upto 3000 sqm.
• Additional PD to prepare DPR of all the works.
