In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Rajasthan Finance Act, 2020 (Act No. 9 of 2020), the State Government hereby remits the interest and penalty payable, for the period from 01.05.2020 to 30.06.2020 under the Chapter IV of the said Act.
