मध्य प्रदेश निवेश संवर्धन अधिनियम 2008 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के  तहत शीर्ष एवं जिला स्तरीय समितियों का  गठन- मुख्य मंत्री एवं कलेक्टर क्रमशः शीर्ष एवं जिला स्तरीय समिति के अध्यक्ष .
