NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28-A of the Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950 (Act No. II of 1950), the State Government hereby notifies that surcharge at the rate as specified in column 3 against on the excisable item specified in column 2 of the table given below shall be charged for the purpose of mitigating natural or man-made calamities like drought, flood, epidemic, public health exigencies, fire etc, namely:-
