NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3-B of the Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1998 (Act No. 14 of 1999) and in supersession of this department's notification number F. 4(3)FD/Tax/2017-130 dated 31.03.2017, the State Government hereby orders that surcharge at the rate of twenty percent shall be charged on the stamp duty payable on all the instruments under section 3 read with Schedule to the said Act, for the purpose of conservation and propagation of cow and its progeny, or for the purpose of mitigating natural or man-made calamities like drought, flood, epidemic, public health exigencies, fire etc.
