15. बालक को सम्मिलित करने वाली अश्लील सामग्री के भंडारकरण के लिए दंड.-

कोई व्यक्ति जो वाणिज्यिक प्रयोजनों के लिए बालक को सम्मिलित करते हए किसी अश्लील सामग्री का किसी भी रूप में भंडारकरण करेगा, वह किसी भांति के कारावास से, जो तीन वर्ष तक का हो सकेगा या जुर्माने से या दोनों से दंडित किया जाएगा।

15. Punishment for storage of pornographic material involving child.—

Any person, who stores, for commercial purposes any pornographic material in any form involving a child shall be punished with imprisonment of either description which may extend to three years or with fine or with both.
