1.    The  learned  counsel  appearing  on  behalf  of  the  petitioner  has
submitted that in view of the judgment dated 20th  August,  2015,  delivered
by this Court in Royal Medical Trust (Regd.) & Anr. Vs.  Union  of  India  &
Anr. (Writ Petition(C)No.705/2014), nothing survives in the petition and  it
has become infructuous.
2.    The writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
