1. Short title and commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Bihar Lokayukta Act, 1973
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Bihar.

1. यह विनियमावली "बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग (सेवा शर्तें) विनियमावली 1960" कहलायगी।
