In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 3 of the Repatriation of Prisoners Act, 2003 (49 of 2003), the Central Government having ratified the Agreement on the 11th March, 2015, hereby directs that the provisions of the said Act shall apply to the Hong Kong
