Amendments in the Resolution of the Ministry of Labour & Employment dated 20th April, 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in the Resolution of the Government of India, Ministry of Labour & Employment published in the Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary part-I Section-I dated 20th April, 2011 namely:-
