Amendments in the Resolution of the Ministry of Labour & Employment dated 23rd April, 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in the Resolution of the Government of India, Ministry of Labour & Employment published in the Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary part-I Section-I dated 23rd April, 2010 and subsequent Resolutions dated 25th August, 2014 and 13th October, 2015 namely:—
