ORDER

New Delhi, the 11th October 2019

G.S.R. 774 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (1) and (2) of Article 371 D of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order, 1974, namely:-

1. (1) Short title, extent and commencement.—This Order may be called the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Amendment Order, 2019.

  (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.

2. In the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order, 1974, in paragraph 4, in sub-paragraph (3), for the words “within a period of five years”, the words “within a period of seven years” shall be substituted.(3) It shall come into force at once.

1. Short title, extent and commencement- (1) This Order may be called the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Organisation of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment) Amendment Order, 2019.

  (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.

  (3) It shall come into force at once.

2. In the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Organisation of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment) Order, 1975, in paragraph 7, in sub-paragraph (3), for the words “within a period of five years”, the words “within a period of seven years” shall be substituted.
