Appointing Shri Toorban Mitra, Research Officer, IMU-Kolkata Campus as Estate Officer in respect of public premises controlled by IMU-Kolkata Campus for the purpose of the said Act, and the said officer shall exercise the powers conferred, and perform the duties imposed, on Estate Officer by or under the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 .
