As, the State Government is satisfied that it is necessary so to do in the public interest; Now, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of Section 8 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (No. 74 of 1956), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's Notification No. F-A.-3-60-2005-1-V (5) dated 26th March 2013, namely: AMENDMENT In the said Notification, for the figures and word "30th June, 2014", the figures and word "31st March, 2015", shall be substituted.
