Authority decided to notify the MUC first, without waiting for notification of the detailed speaking Order. Accordingly, the MUC so approved was notified in the Gazette of India on 14 November 2014 vide Gazette No.328 after scrutiny of the proposal filed by JNPT and consultation with relevant Stakeholders. Further, it was stated in the said Notification dated 14 November 2014 that this Authority will notify the speaking Order, in due course of time.
