Central Govt., hereby appoints the officer mentioned in Column (1) of the Table below, being the officer of the Mumbai Port Trust holding Class I posts of this statutory organization which is equivalent to the rank of gazetted officers of Govt., of India, to be Estate Officer for the purpose of the said Act.
