Declaring the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification to have been acquired for laying the pipeline by HDD for the transportation of Petroleum products from Haldia (West Bengal) to Barauni (Bihar) by Indian Oil Corporation Limited : Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Rig.ht of User in Land) Act, 1962

Central Govt. hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline by HDD method.
