Government of India in the Ministry of Coal number S.O. 1320(E), dated the 11th June, 2012, issued under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957) UKNI DEEP EXTENSION OPENCAST BLOCK WANI NORTH AREA DISTRICT - YAVATMAL (MAHARASHTRA): In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957, (20 of 1957) the Central Government hereby declares that the land measuring 304.41 hectares (approximately) or 752.20 acres (approximately) with all rights in or over such land as described in the Schedule are hereby acquired.
