In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9C of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby establishes a Trust to be called as the National Mineral Exploration Trust with a Governing Body and an Executive Committee.
