In exercise of the executive power conferred on it under article 73 of the Constitution specifies that the FORM-I prescribed by the said amendment may also be used for furnishing return for the period 1st January, 2015 to 31st March, 2015 by the said employers for the purposes of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act.
