In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2 of section 13 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 59 of 1973, the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Homoeopathy, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Second Schedule to the said Act,
