In exercise of powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (2) of Section 22 and clause (e) sub section (2) of Section 100 of the Metro Railways (Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2002 (60 of 2002), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Metro Railways General Rules, 2013, namely.
