NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 20E OF THE RAILWAY ACT, 1989

Whereas by the notification of the Government of India, In the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) number S.O. 3216 (E) , dated the 30th Nov. 2015, published in the Gazette of India (Extra-Ordinary) on dated 30.11.2015 Part-II section 3 sub section (ii) , hereinafter referred toas the said notification) under subsection (1) of 20A of the railway act,1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act),the central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for execution of Special Railway Project, namely Gevra Road to Pendra Road (121.7km) in the state of Chhattisgarh.
