Notifying that there shall be levied and collected fees on mechanical vehicles for the use of the four and more lane sections of the stretch from km 23.600 to km 140.200 (design chainage of the above stretch - km 23.600 to km 149.900, length 126.30 km) (Ghaziabad – Aligarh Section) of NH-91: Section 8A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), read with rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008.
