Provisions of sections 2,3,4,5,clauses (a) and (b) of section 7 and section 8 of Article II and sections 18,19 of Article V of the Schedule to the said Act shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the International Fund for Agricultural Developments Country Office, and, its officials, subject to the following modifications.
