Tariff Authority for Major Ports Case No. TAMP/31/2016-PPT

No: 275 Dated: Jul, 04 2016

This case relates to the proposal received from Paradip Port Trust (PPT) for introduction of Labour Cess for the thermal coal handled at Iron Ore Handling Plant (IOHP). The PPT in its proposal dated 24 May 2016 has proposed a rate of `130/- per MT for handling of thermal coal at IOHP.
