The Central Govt. appoint a Committee of Inquiry headed by Sh. R. S. Passi, Deputy Director, AAIB with following members to inquire into the circumstances of the serious incident: Bombardier Q400 aircraft VT-SGU of M/s. Spicejet Ltd. operating flight from Goa to Delhi, which was diverted to Jaipur due to bad weather and diverted back to Delhi due to non-availability of Runway at Jaipur, met with a Serious Incident at Delhi on 05.01.2014.
