The Central Govt. hereby exempts at Arapuzha Bridge at Km.23/800 in Calicut Bypass on NH 17 in the State of Kerala from levy of user fee as the capital cost of the bridge is recovered and the collection of user fee would not be viable : National Highways Fee(Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008
