The Central Govt. hereby exempts the Indian fishing boats of the following specifications as recorded in their certificate of registry, from the requirements of the Merchant Shipping (Indian Fishing Boats Inspection) Rules, 1988, with effect from the dates as mentioned below along with the specification of boats.

The Central Govt. hereby exempts the Indian fishing boats of the following specifications as recorded in their certificate of registry, from the requirements of the Merchant Shipping (Indian Fishing Boats Inspection) Rules, 1988, with effect from the dates as mentioned below along with the specification of boats.
