The Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) the Central Govt., hereby authorizes the authority mentioned in column (1) of the table given below to perform the functions of the competent Authority under the said Act for laying of pipelines under Ahmedabad Asset by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited in respect of the area specified in column (2) of the schedule namely.
