The powers conferred under Section 49 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Tariff Authority for Major Ports hereby disposes of the proposal received from the Paradip Port Trust (PPT) for revision of Scale of Rates (SOR) for allotment of Port land and built up space, as in the Order appended hereto.
