133. प्रथम अर्जित मूल प्रति का धारक सबका हकदार होता है -- एक ही संवर्ग की विभिन्न मूल प्रतियों के सम्यक्-अनुक्रम-धारकों के बीच का जहाँ तक सम्बन्ध है उनमें से वह, जिसने अपनी मूल प्रति का हक सबसे पहले अर्जित किया, अन्य मूल प्रतियों का और विनिमय-पत्र के धन का हकदार होता है ।

133. Holder of first acquired part entitled to all — As between holders in due course of different parts of the same set, he who first acquired title to his part is entitled to the other parts and the money represented by the bill.
