32. कार्यों का निर्देश करने वाले शब्दों के अन्तर्गत अवैध लोप आता है -

जब तक कि संदर्भ से तत्प्रतिकूल आशय प्रस्तुत न हो, इस संहिता के हर भाग में किए गए कार्यों का निर्देश करने वाले शब्दों का विस्तार अवैध लोपों पर भी है।

32. Words referring to acts include illegal omissions —

In every part of this Code, except where a contrary intention appears from the context, words which refer to acts done extend also to illegal omissions.
