44. “क्षति” -

“क्षति” शब्द किसी प्रकार की अपहानि का द्योतक है, जो किसी व्यक्ति के शरीर, मन, ख्याति या संपत्ति को अवैध रूप से कारित हुई हो।

44. “Injury" -

The word “injury” denotes any harm whatever illegally caused to any person, in body, mind, reputation or property.
