विचारण का बंद कमरे में संचालन (Trials to be conducted in camera)

37. विचारण का बंद कमरे में संचालन.-

विशेष न्यायालय, मामलों का विचारण बंद कमरे में और बालक के माता-पिता या किसी ऐसे अन्य व्यक्ति की उपस्थिति में करेगा, जिसमें बालक का विश्वास या भरोसा है :

परंतु जहां विशेष न्यायालय की यह राय है कि बालक की परीक्षा न्यायालय से भिन्न किसी अन्य स्थान पर किए जाने की आवश्यकता है, वहां वह दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (1974 का 2) की धारा 284 के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में कमीशन निकालने के लिए कार्यवाही करेगा

37. Trials to be conducted in camera.-

The Special Court shall try cases in camera and in the presence of the parents of the child or any other person in whom the child has trust or confidence :

Provided that where the Special Court is of the opinion that the child needs to be examined at a place other than the court, it shall proceed to issue a commission in accordance with the provisions of Section 284 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974).
