63. जुर्माने की रकम -
जहां कि वह राशि अभिव्यक्त नहीं की गई है जितनी तक जुर्माना हो सकता है, वहां अपराधी जिस रकम के जुर्माने का दायी है, वह अमर्यादित है किन्तु अत्यधिक नहीं होगी।
63. Amount of fine —
Where no sum is expressed to which a fine may extend, the amount of fine to which the offender is liable is unlimited, but shall not be excessive.
