धारा -292. अन्यथा अनुपबन्धित मामलों में लोक न्यूसेन्स के लिए दण्ड - जो कोई, किसी ऐसे मामले में लोक न्यूसेन्स करता है जो इस संहिता द्वारा अन्यथा दण्डनीय नहीं है, वह जुर्माने से, जो एक हजार रुपए तक का हो सकेगा, दण्डित किया जाएगा ।
Section 292. Punishment for public nuisance in cases not otherwise provided for.- Whoever commits a public nuisance in any case not otherwise punishable by this Sanhita shall be punished with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
